Healing items are mandatory for any route touching National Guard encampments, the Military Base, or helicopter crashes. After a PvP fight where your plate carrier absorbed damage (+50 HP), medical supplies restore health for the next engagement. Stackable bandages offer slot-efficient recovery; advanced med kits provide burst healing between firefight cover exchanges.

Entering PvP zones without meds is the most common cause of lost loadouts. Always reserve 3-5 slots for healing on military routes.
Inventory Management for Supplies
With 20 base slots (30 with backpack), supplies compete with weapons, ammo, plate carrier, and extraction loot. Standard PvP loadout: 1 primary weapon, 1 sidearm or melee, plate carrier, backpack, 4-6 ammo slots, 3-5 med slots, remaining for high-value extraction items. Supply Stacking Strategy
Maximize inventory efficiency by stacking bandages and ammo to their stack limits before adding new item types. A half-empty inventory of unstacked B-tier meds wastes slots that could hold military ammo or extraction loot from National Guard encampments. Sort and stack at every safe pause point during loot routes.
Supply Preparation Before PvP
Before entering any PvP zone, verify med slot count meets your route minimum (3-5 slots for National Guard, 5+ for helicopter crashes). Players who enter Military Base with full weapons but zero meds consistently lose fights they would otherwise win after healing between engagements.
Dropping medical supplies to grab weapon loot is the most common inventory mistake at military POIs. Heal first, loot second, extract third.
